ENROLLMENT DATES FOR THE 25/26 SCHOOL YEAR ARE AS FOLLOWS

Early Enrollment - January, 2025 - May 31, 2025

 We require a non-refundable application fee of $150 with your submitted application.

​

Open Enrollment - June 1 - August 1, 2025

We require a non-refundable application fee of $200 with your submitted application.

​

Late Enrollment - August 2, 2025 and after

Please contact us directly if you are interested in enrolling your family after August 2, 2025, to determine availability.

After you have applied

To be considered for our first round placements for the upcoming school year, please submit your application 

no later than May 31, 2025.  Please note that enrollment fees increase on June 1, 2025.

Please note that HCA accepts applications at any time in the calendar year based on availability,

but there are placement cut off dates to help us plan for each academic term.
